Natural innovation you can walk on

Building on mother nature’s handiwork we’re on a quest to incorporate sustainable materials that improve performance and tread lightly on the environment.

Alpaca Wool

Single-origin. Single reserve. One extraordinary fiber.

Softer than merino. Hypoallergenic. Thermoregulating.

Our upper, sock liner, and insole are crafted from single-origin Huacaya alpaca fleece, sourced from the Mazar Wildlife Reserve in the Ecuadorian highlands. Stuart White has stewarded these 4,400 acres since 1987 — protecting the land that makes this fiber possible. 20% finer than human hair. Moisture-wicking. Temperature regulating.

Impact

Alpacas lack hooves — their soft pads leave land completely undisturbed. They graze on grass tops, so roots hold soil while new growth returns.

Coconut

The insole that learns your foot.

Plant-powered cushion. Molds to your foot. Biodegrades after.

Crafted from coconut fiber, our insole padding molds seamlessly to the shape of your feet while providing maximum breathability and insulation. Made from 100% non-toxic material.

Impact

Leverages existing waste residue from coconut harvesting. When the journey is over, they biodegrade back into the earth.

100% Non-toxic Waste-derived

Banana Tree

What happens after the harvest.

Antimicrobial. Strong. Naturally absorbent.

Our silky soft shoe lining comes from banana tree pseudostems in central Ecuador — the part naturally left behind after the fruit is harvested. Instead of letting that biomass go underused, we transform it into a fiber that's antimicrobial, strong, and highly absorbent.

Impact

A renewable, biodegradable fiber that turns agricultural residue into everyday function. Zero additional farming required.

Sugar Cane

Sweet for your feet — and the atmosphere.

The world's greenest EVA. Pulls carbon while it grows.

Our sugarcane midsole uses bio-based EVA — one of the only materials on the market that actively absorbs CO₂ during growth. Naturally springy, durable, and contouring underfoot.

Impact

Promotes CO₂ absorption, contributing directly to the reduction of greenhouse gases during cultivation.

RECYCLED TPU

Believe in Reincarnation.

Former single-use plastic. Now protecting every step.

Our flexible toe cap, piping, and laces began their lives as single-use plastic — exactly the kind of material that ends up in landfill. We give it a second life as the structural and finishing elements that protect the shoe and hold it together. Even the laces are doing the work.

Impact

Recycled TPU means one less reason to create new plastic. Every component diverts post-consumer waste and puts it back into useful, durable form.

Stewards of the Land

Every gram of alpaca wool in your Juntos shoe comes from a single ranch, high in the Ecuadorian Andes. Stuart White has worked these highlands since 1987. With support from Juntos, that protected land keeps growing — 4,400 acres. 3% farmed. The rest, untouched.

You're not just buying a shoe. You're part of what keeps it going.

Juntos sneakers are designed for all-day comfort. Cushioned soles provide support while breathable uppers help regulate temperature, allowing your feet to remain comfortable from morning through evening.

Juntos sneakers are made from responsibly sourced natural and recycled materials selected for breathability, softness, and durability. Each material is chosen to improve comfort while reducing environmental impact.

The upper will relax slightly and mold to your foot with wear. This natural adjustment improves comfort while maintaining structure and support.

Yes. Natural fiber uppers allow airflow, helping regulate temperature and reduce heat buildup.

Yes. Juntos sneakers are designed specifically for daily wear, combining lightweight comfort, durability, and versatility.

Yes, but with care. Many Juntos shoes can be refreshed with machine or hand washing depending on style and materials:

Machine wash: Place your shoes in a delicates bag (a pillowcase works fine) to protect them. Use a gentle/delicates cycle with cold water and a mild, eco-friendly detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softener, which can harm natural fibers.

Remove insoles & laces first: Wash these separately by hand to keep them in best shape.

Hand wash option: For a gentler clean, use a soft brush or cloth with mild soap and cold water. Great for spot cleaning or stubborn stains.

Drying: After washing, gently shake out excess water, then let them air dry in a well-ventilated spot away from direct heat or sunlight. Do not tumble dry, heat can warp soles or shrink natural materials.
