Yes. Coconut insoles mold to your foot over time, alpaca uppers breathe as you move, and the sugarcane sole has enough give to last a full day without fatigue. Most customers report forgetting they have shoes on.

Not fully. Some styles have water-resistant finishes that help repel light moisture and spills — ideal for everyday wear, but not heavy rain or puddles.

Yes — but with care. Many Juntos shoes can be refreshed with machine or hand washing depending on style and materials:

Machine wash: Place your shoes in a delicates bag (a pillowcase works fine) to protect them. Use a gentle/delicates cycle with cold water and a mild, eco-friendly detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softener, which can harm natural fibers.

Remove insoles & laces first: Wash these separately by hand to keep them in best shape.

Hand wash option: For a gentler clean, use a soft brush or cloth with mild soap and cold water. Great for spot cleaning or stubborn stains.

Drying: After washing, gently shake out excess water, then let them air dry in a well-ventilated spot away from direct heat or sunlight. Do not tumble dry — heat can warp soles or shrink natural materials.

Yes — insoles are removable and can be hand-washed separately with mild soap and cold water. Let them dry completely before re-inserting.
