Payment
What kinds of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards, wire transfers, and ACH transfers. We also accept checks, but tracking must be provided to ensure secure delivery. Payment must be received in full before the order can be shipped.
Do you charge taxes on bulk orders?
Yes, we are required to charge sales tax based on the shipping destination.
Are gift cards available for bulk orders?
Yes! For digital gift cards, email us at us@juntos.co with the subject line “Bulk order gift cards for [your name]”
Shipping
How much time do you need to fulfill my order?
We recommend a 2-week lead time to process your order.
How long does shipping take?
Our standard shipping is 5-7 business days for larger orders.
Returns
Do you offer samples for bulk orders?
Yes, we can send a sample before fulfilling your order. You cover the up-front cost of shipping the sample, and we’ll deduct that cost from your final order.
Can I return all or part of my bulk order?
Yes, unused shoes can be returned. We recommend buying 15% more than you think you’ll need so you have enough shoes on hand to swap out sizes. Then you can return the extra shoes for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
What if some of my recipients want to return or exchange their gift?
We suggest having a round of exchanges at the time of the client's gifting event. After this round, the order will be marked as final sale.
